They have called me threatening to have me arrested on bad check charges on a pay day loan supposedly from 2007. I can't get any information from them. They faxed papers, but still nothing on the company I supposedly owe money to just them stating how they want the $820 paid. They have called my parents and told them they would call neighbors and who ever untill I got back in touch with them. There is no talking to these people. They just call you a liar and keep on hounding you. I haven't been able to get copies of anything they supposedly have on me. Non of the numbers I have match the address that came on the paperwork they faxed. The address is out of Niagra Falls , ON. Have a number for Arkansas but when you ask the people are in Utah.
