I was looking for a dress for my friend's wedding, it wasn't hard to find out www.newkarenmillenoutlet.com, which was the second page that showed up when i googled "karen millen dresses"...I asked them, if they ship to Bulgaria,their answer was:

i ordered a dress, the page was almost the same like the official karen millen's page, i wasn't suspicious at all until they charged me with dollars instead of english pounds(the prices were in pounds)

After that they send me DHL number to track my order, it wasn't correct, i asked them why...they were kind enough to answer me
that when they get the number,they will send it to me :[ i'm still waiting...
I wanted to be in touch with them to see if they will keep answer my emails,
