Zdiddy took 99.99 from my account when I registered. I had not authorized them to do this. The only reason I found out right away was because I had a bunch of bids. So I looked at my new account and noticed the $99.99 charge. Well I was real confused cause to my knowledge I only had a couple of dollars on that debit card. You see the card I used is one that has my child support put on it. And I hadn't received any in over 6 months due to the dumbass quoting his job and moving out of state. Well needless to say when I saw the charge I immediately called to check my balance and there was money on there minus the 99.99. I was pissed so I called zdiddy and hitched and the lady said all she could do was email me a gas certificate worth $100.00. After looking at the certificate I realized what a joke it was. So the next day I called zdiddy again. I was really going off on the poor boy telling him the gas certificate was a joke and the company was a scam cause you would never be able to win an auction. I let him know that was child support money they took without me authorizing it. He then said he was going to talk to his supervisor. When he came back he said they would refund $49.50 and give me a hundred dollar restaurant voucher. I agreed to this but continued to talk about never actually being able to win an auction. I informed him I don't have a PC and only have a kindle fire for all my Internet activities. He then went to talk to his supervisor again and came back and informed me they were going to just refund all of my money. And they did. My advice is to call them and raise hell. Goodluck.
