I went to check my bank balance to find that I had been charged by this company on a fictitious check #9999. I contacted my bank and they stated that the check authorization had gone through since it was noted on the check that I had given them the authorization, so no signature was going to be needed.
I have since tried to get in touch with these people by accessing the number listed on the check, but I cannot get ahold of anyone at all at the number.
This company is listed online as being located in Florida @ Caprice Marketing Inc, 20505 S Dixie Hwy, Cutler Bay, FL. Tel: 305-255-7990. The information listed on the check lists am 800# for the contact, which never gets answered.
They are trying to authorize some sort of payday advance ... but I have not requested one at all, not to mention that they are currently illegal by Az State Law. When I used to get a payday advance many years ago, there was never a membership fee involved at all.
This is a total scam by unscrupulous individuals that are preying upon thosre of us trying to make a living in tough times as these.
