mx telecom sent a text to my Vondafone mobile number and didn't sign up or give this number to this company. Never heard of them and Vodafone will do nothing about it. Called MX Telecom and got £20 gesture of good will cheque. If they are not in the wrong then why did they award me £20? - I have not banked this cheque as yet to date 10th April 2012. Called Vodafone and wrote complaints numerous times and get nowhere. Googles this company and Vodafone and it seems all Vodafone customers got this problem - is one of their staff selling or passing our numbers to this Company? or have seen on the internet that its Vodafone who does pass our numbers to this company.
Can anyone advise what I can do to get this money refunded?
