This is a copy of the email I had sent to this organization, they have yet to respond or fix my parents appliance



I'm writing this on behalf of my parents HL and Paula Reich. They had placed a claim with your home warranty company for a refrigerator and stove, one of which took more than a week and multiple phone calls, emails and hours of waiting for return contacts to get fixed. It's been over 2 weeks (my father is diabetic by the way and his medication requires refrigeration) and so far there has only been a repairman to fix the stove and offer an estiamte for the referiderator". There has been numerous attempts by my parents (and now me!!) to contact you and so far the only thing they hear on their end of the phone is crickets (if the geniuses at your call center don't get the reference it means you people haven't returned barely a few phone calls). I am appalled at the lack of service my parents have received from your company! I work in the health care industry and rest assured if I treated my patients in the haphazard, lazy, thoughtlessness you have shown my parents, I'd be SERVING TIME!!! Now here's the important part of this complaint so I suggest you get as many people in your office to stop playing Angry Birds for just one minute to gather around your screen and burn these next words into their collective minds!!! My parents BETTER have a working refrigerator in 2 days, that's 48 hours for your MENSA members or I WILL contact the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) see, because I already know you don't belong to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) which is probably a good idea, considering the complaints already lodged against your company on their site as it is!!!! I will NOT tolerate any further incompetence from obviously inept staff you employ! You have 2 days!! I suggest you get your collective hides in gear, the next emails you receive will be from the federal government and the next phone messages left ( since none of you seem to have the ability to answer a phone) will be from my attorney!!! Just out of shear morbid curiosity...when your company had "phone issues" last week, how hard was it to do business and operate efficiently? The only reason I ask is, I'm sure you were on your IT department or phone provider with all your weight to get those phones back in order correct? I think you see where I'm going with this!!! One last rhetorical question...if it was your senior parents dealing with this issue, would you drag your feet at the same speed and show them the same disregard as you have mine?? Would you want me as a Physical Therapy Aide to show them the utmost care I could if they needed it or just the bare minimum? I have 20 years of customer service and now patient care experience under my belt, so this isn't my first rodeo and I know ALL the ins and outs of this industry, ALL the appropriate contacts to make and ALL the resources to utilize to resolve this matter! How it gets resolved is up to you and your staff now...it can be a mutually beneficial outcome, or if things get put off any further...well lets put it another way...since the advent of social media, "word-of-mouth" advertising has the ability to replicate logarithmically with literally the click of a button. How any service based industry can be so lacking in this day and age is beyond my comprehension. It's either deliberate or the product of abject stupidity!
