We obtained a credit report on ourselves and then without authorization they began charging our credit card $17.95 per month. We have blocked this charge now and will be pursuing a refund from Experian. Don't have any dealings with Experian because they will start ripping you off.
Update: 04/07/2012
It gets worse. They are also charging my wife's credit card an additional $17.95 per month so they are double-dipping us. This is unethical and contact with Experian should be avoided at all costs if you don't want to have to deal with this grief.
