This company is 100% FRAUD.

I have current health insur. elsewhere but was shopping around for lower premiums.

I was talking to an agent about a plan with this co. It was for 150.50 per month with a one time activation fee.

I told the agent the plan sounded good but I wasn't ready to go ahead with it for financial reasons. He said OK and asked if I'd like to out my debit card on file for convenience for when I am ready, my card will already be on file. I said OK and proceeded to give him the card #.

Well just on April 5th, 2012, a charge of $250.50 was taken out of my checking acct from this company.

I went down to my bank and explained and they said it is definitely fraud and the personal banker called it to claim it as such and make an official claim.

OK so this morning I called the number to this co. I got a full credit back in my acct since it had been less than 30 days since it was charged.

Here's the kicker and proves what a SCAM these fuckers are. Both women I talked to asked for my member ID number. LOL. I told both I don't have one bc I never authorized be payment or to sign up for this insur.

Yes, no member ID was ever even assigned to me, NO EMAILS SENT ABOUT IT, NO INSURANCE CARDS ETC CAME IN THE MAIL ETC.

So if I did have a plan started with them like they had me on record for, where the fuck are my ins. cards and all the info? I RECEIVED NOTHING FROM THEM yet they're saying I have a plan and member ID with them?! FRAUD! SCAM!

And the two women I spoke to both said "but you gave us your debit card info". LOL! the guy said it would be on file for WHEN I WAS READY AND AUTHORIZED IT! he said no charges would be made until I authorized it yet I never did authorize it and a charge was still made!

The lady said a full refund will be made unless it's found out you used any benefits of this plan. LOL

HOW COULD I HAVE USED ANY BENEFITS WHEN YOU ASSHOLES GAVE ME NO INSURANCE CARDS, MEMBER ID, NOTHING? so even IF I DID authorize it you guys gave me NO info to take to a doctor to prove k have insur. LOL, mother asshole SCAMMERS.

Stay far away from these pieces of (Inappropriate Content Removed). They will be reported by me to the FCC and BBB.
