I applied for a pay day loan and did not get approved. They deducted $30.00 from my account. Luckily I had extra funds to cover or I would have been on the overdraft list. I have been trying since March 12, 2012 to get my refund. As of today it still is not in the bank . Yhey have given me 3 different dates and today they said it would be in the bank on Tuesday. When you call the managers will hang up on you and are very rude. Do not expect to get a refund and if it caused your account to be overdrawn you will never get the overdraft fees. Consider yourself lucky if you get the $30.00 back.
