ok i got a phone call from this #305-515-2691 saying that they were fast loan america and that i was approved for a 2000$ loan and that i needed to go get a wal-mart money prepaid visa card to put the money on there but not to activate it until i got a text message from them saying that the loan was processed into my account.i even called the number back several times to verify that it wasnt a scam and each time the phone was answered buy another "customer represenative" and i was transfered to a paul smith who was handling my loan.well i was told that the transfer would be complete in 45 minutes.and that when it was done to call back and let him know that the funds were there,well little surprise to me the loan was not done,so i called the same number back and got a recording saying that the number was springleaf financial,and that if i was getting this recording during regular business hours that all reps. were currantly assisting other customers and to leave a message and my call would be returned as soon as possible.well guess what?no phone call returned and when i went to check the card my 150 was gone.i wqas told by walmart that it couldnt be activated without the receipt which had the activation number on it.so i called walmart and they told me it was activated by another customer,so i freaked out and am now currantly on hold waiting for a supervisor from walmart stolen cards to address the problem.what kind of loan place is this?and how did they activate without the activation number which i have in my possesion right now?i want to file a lawsuit or something,how do i do this if its a scam?
