I went on their website because the google link said "Free" vin check. I paid the 2.95 even though it was suppose to be free. Seven days later, I find a 29.95 charge on my bankstatement that I didn't sign up for. So, I called them and cancelled. First they told me that I wasn't entitled to a full refund because I didn't cancel within 7 days, then I was told it would take 3 to 5 days for a refund. I called back 5 days later and was told it would take 7 to 10 days for a refund. Today, after the 10 days had expired, I called and was told that I would have to wait another 7 to 10 days for my refund. When I aruged with the guy and told him that I was not waiting another 7 to 10 days, he told me on the one hand that the refund had been processed and in the next breath that it was being processed. I asked to speak to a supervisor and conveniently they were ALL in a meeting. He wouldn't answer me when asked if it had been processed or Had been processed. I called back and spoke to a woman who told me that they had a problem refunding my money to my bank and that I would have to wait another 5 to 7 days. I told her that if the money was not in my account in 48 hours that I would be contacting my attorney. Even though its a small amount of money at this point its the principle of the thing. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, USE THIS COMPANY. WHAT A RIP OFF.
