I sent for a sample of a product and paid a nominal amount for that. I did not care for the product and did not plan to continue ordering it. But I saw on my statement that $92.95 had been charged to my account without my permission for more product. I have not received the product. When I called the number listed, it sounded like a fax signal and I could not get through. What can I do to get my money back?
