Exactly like all the other complaints: purchased shoes, got confirmation email and transaction has been pending ever since. 4 unanswered emails and no phone number listed to call. Filed dispute with Paypal on 4/5, so that is pending.
Update: 04/12/2012
Filed a dispute with Paypal on 4-5. Magically, Paypal was able to get a response from them and they, allegedly, shipped the shoes on 4-9 from CHINA! This place is in CHINA! Will report back if they ever actually show up.
Update: 04/15/2012
I filed a separate dispute with my credit card company and 6 hours later had full a refund with the original amount charged back to Paypal. Paypal should should have banned rios-shoes.com long ago.
