I filled out an application for them to find me someone who would give me a loan, they stated that they would charge a fee of £49.99 if my loan was accepted and they wouldnt take the money until after the loan was accepted and paid into my account. I was contacted by a few loan company's which did not offer me a loan, when i looked at my bank account online MYLOANBROKER.CO.UK had charged the me the fee even though i had been accepted for no loans, i have tried phoning them and its just an automated message no way to speak to anyone, i have also emailed them and they have not got back to me yet, seriously can this be legal?? how can i get my money back asap??
