Responded to an Iowa craigslist ad for a machinist. I never blindly post my resume, and I did not this time either. I simply asked for more information. Somehow, they got my full first name, even though I don't use it to apply to anything. Here is the email I received:

As I said, I never sent a resume or any work history, so that is what sent a red flag in my mind. I looked up the link and found this site.
