I ordered a replacement laptop battery for HP Pavilion DV7 and paid my order via paypal. I received an email from preferred.cs#espow.com that my order would be processed asap. That was the last I heard from them. No one ever answers their phone# 201-793-7069. Of course the $$ left my bank on 3/22/12.
