I found a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT for $2500.00 via "Craig's List" I left a e-mail for the seller. The seller, "EDITH WILSON" of Waterloo, Iowa contacted me and routed me to "GOOGLE CHECK-OUT" to mak a safe secure payment. I e-mailed Google directly, or so I thought asking them to provide me information regarding the " PAYMENT GUARANTEE POLICY" which GOOGLE responded in a VERY CONVINCING letter stating basically that the purchase would be protected for up to $20.000 and that the money would be sent to the REGIONAL MANAGER and th money I sent using WESTERN UNION would be held for (5) days in order for me to inspect the vehicle at which time if I was satisfied they (GOOGLE) would then send the money to EDITH WILSON and if I was not COMPLETELY satisfied with the vehicle that the money would be returned to me within 24 hours. Needless to say I was scammed out of 2000.00 and 60.00 for Western Union fee making the total $2060.00. I was to send the other $500.00 today but I found out yesterday 4/3/2012 that I had been scammed. I tried to contact EDITH WILSON and GOOGLE CHECK-OUT to find out what the next step was so I could send the balance and start the shipping, I NEVER GOT A RESPONSE back. Please let other people know so this doesn't happen to them.
