I placed a request for my credit report for a $1, and according to the rep I spoke with today, stated that the fine print stated that unless I cancel in seven days, that I'd be charged $17.95 per month. I just noticed this on my statement, which is when I learned of this monthly charge since June. I called 800 220-2626, and according to the rep, my last charge is this month (April), considering my bill date was 4/2/2012. I've read other reviews which stated they were given wrong numbers. So, you should be more successful by calling the above referenced number. If, in fact, it's the same company. Good luck. Oh, and make sure you get a confirmation number, because the rep doesn't give out her name. I received a nine digit confirmation number.
