It seemed that suddenly my computer was frozen onto a notice of a virus in the computer, and that I had to take action to rid myself of it by clicking onto this ad.
I couldn't clear it, and I couldn't access my programs, I tried turning the computer off and on, numerous times, to no avail. And, even though I have Norton 360 Premier Edition All-In-One protection, it apparently couldn't take out this virus.
I reluctantly gave in, clicked their button and then after a download, the computer was back to normal. Have I been 'scammed', and has this company had complaints before, and to what avail?
