After ordering and receiving a bag and purse from www.mulberry-oulet.net, I found that it wasn't to my liking. The website stated that if the return was not due to quality then they would deduct 5% handling fee and shipping cost. I agreed to this as after researching shipping cost found it would only cost $30 at the most and the 5% handling fee was minimal. After emailing the website everyday politely asking for a returns address I never received one and am now left with goods that I do not want but should of been able to return.

"If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us for the return address, Item must be sent back unused and please include all the original packing, material, merchandise, and any included accessories in your package."


I have noticed that since having this problem with the website they have deleted the Non Quality issue section as when I placed my order the website stated this
" 2) Non-Quality Problems
Our website cannot give a full refund for non-quality problems such as:
The product does not look like the ones in your picture;
The product is not what I'd imagine it to be;
I am not satisfied with this product.
In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you request returning the purchased items because of the reasons above, you need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the return shipping fees). When we receive the products, we will also deduct the shipping fee and 5% handling fee. Our return policy won't work under the circumstance that you have just changed your mind and want to exchange for another one."

I was under false pretenses that I could return the purchase.

From my understanding they also own another website that is a scam too which is www.ollsteel.com.
