i logged into ziinga.com on the 9th of febuary2012,and it came up on auction site, i orded a coffee pot for the sum of 24.75, but then they wanted a copy of my credit card, back and front and signature, but i could not do this, as i dint know how, and didnt want to any ways, so just left it,
6 hours later i got in touch and said i wanted to cancell, they had already taken money out of my credit card, plus 54.00 for cancellation, and will not refund my money so i am out of pocket for all this money, and have nothing to show for it!!, and i did all the right things,

- this i soooooo bad, i cant get over what they have done to me and others , who can afford to give ziinga .com money for nothing!! and they get away with it, please help us get it out there,
