purchased a pc from computer renaissance in mason, OH. pc came with a full 30 day 100% refund. took pc back the next day, but computer renaisance would not take it back or repair it. it took months for my bank of america visa card to get them to take the pc back. bank of america gave me a full refund. i close my visa card so i could not be rebilled as bank of america told me to. a month later bank of america rebilled me, told me they had to fix my pc and give it back to me. computer renaissance called me and told me my pc was ready for pick up. when i tried to get my pc back computer renaissance told me i returned it. computer renaissance resold my pc. my bank of america visa told me they could not do anything about it, because my account was closed. i still have to pay the $3,800 + interest. the ohio attorney geral refuses to do anything about it and i sent the letter by signature mail.
