Hello Ashley,

I have gotten the Non-Inspection Certificate and have forwarded it to the Airport authority for confirmation. They have confirmed the document and are now inquiring that the document is notarized. Now they are threatening that if the document is not notarized, it won't be binding and will not be void.

The American Government authority are very cruel I must say and are just being unnecessarily wicked. I have been arguing and exchanging words with them for the past 2 hours about this issue, and they insist that the document must be notarized or they won't allow me to go through the airport.

Thus, the notarization of this document is going to cost $1250 here in the States, but if we are to get the N-I Clearance notarized from Nigeria, it will be done at $550. Quintessentially, they have guaranteed me that once this Certificate is notarized, I will be granted passage with escort to proceed to OR for your address.

As at the time you sent the money, It's already late in Nigeria. I will update you as soon as Mr. Donald procure the document which is later today and will proceed with the delivery.

Also, I'll like to know. What bank do you use? (I mean the name of your bank?).
