Mr. Phillip Bailey called my cell to tell me I had wone a "powerball raffle" Ihad entered at a local grocery store (which by the way he could not name). Then he ask me to go to walmart or walgreens to purchase a green dot money pack.He stressed "green dot Money pack not card" for 710.00. He said it was against the law for people to travel from state to state with more then 10 thousand dollars so, this money would register it with the state and it then would be legal. Then for me to call him at 202-241-4408 with the number on the back of the money pack and the money would be at my house with in 45 min. Because they could use a GPS to get it there so quick. Knowing that this had to be a scam, I got on line to post the claim. This man had a strange accent, english is not his first language. He also gave me a prize # and a code#. Then he said not to talk to anyone who did not know these codes. I told him since he new I was getting this money he could just take it out of my winnings. Of course he "could not do that!" He has since called me back TWICE with in the last 30 min. encouraging me to do what he requested. NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
