I wanted to purchase a Guess frame satchel in rose and the only website that had it was one called guessshop.org,or so i thought. I went ahead and ordered it and when you checkout there is a long pause so i figured the debit card information didnt go through. Later when my husband checked his account information they had debited 87.35 from his account. I received no confirmation number,no tracking number,no e-mail nothing. So i e-mailed them several times with no response.Well it turns out this guessshop is actually LL Handbag Firm and it is located in China. I held out hope for several days that i would get my bag and then 2 days ago i get the ugliest, cheapest looking imitation Guess handbag i have ever seen. It didnt even remotely resemble what i ordered. There is no way to return it either because all they sent me was the lousy bag,no return information at all, plus the return address was written in chinese. If you are reading this complaint and these people have duped you too submit your complaint and do not purchase anything from them its a huge scam.
