I ORDERED A PAIR OF LOUBOUTIN SHOES WHICH WERE AVAILABLE. LATER THEY LET ME NOW THE SHOES WEREN'T AVAILABLE. UNTILL TODAY THEY DIDN'T REFUND MY MONEY. THEY ALSO TOLD THE BANK WOULD HOLD 20% HANDLE FEE. I TOLD THEM I EXPECT THEY WOULD RETURN THE TOTALL AMOUNT.
