I e mailed for a free sample with post and packing cost of £5 95 which was charged to my master card on 4th December 2011 under the name of Anti Rides Serum Agios DometicoCYP. When I received my monthly statement from my Tesco credit card I saw that two further amounts for $120 had been taken from my account. One on 18th December 2011 to Anti Rides Serum and the other on 8th January 2012 to Perfect Rad anti rides. I contacted Tesco who were not very helpful. Although I tried to phone perfect radiance to cancel no one answered the phone, so how can you cancel? I tried several times. I was able to get hold of an email address and put it in writing to them. They actually replied and to cut a long story short said they would cancel. They still charged me for serum which never arrived. I understood that you were covered under your credit card agreement for scams like this, but Tesco were of little help. Why is this Company who trade under different names allowed to advertise on the internet? Why are Trading Standards not investigating? I have been robbed of $240 through no fault of my own. These people are dishonest, no better than thieves. Surely something can be done about this and these people brought to account. I am a pensioner, whoever you are shame on you!
