Had these tools charge me for something I didn't purchase either. Found the website and got a customer service number. I called the number within the hours provided and the machine that answer stated that it was down. I had no choice but to report my card and info as stolen. After submitting a dispute charge through my bank, I finally got ahold of the company customer service and told them to reverse the charge. Unfortunately, they overdrafted my account so I had to get that reversed, which took some prying from the bank because it wasn't their fault (they're another story). Anyways, quite a bit of convenience. I thought I was going insane from third shift but sadly glad other people are having problems too.
