I foolishly ordered this rediculous trial size face cream.. cost £5.41 in December 2011. Trail size arrived after the trial period.. hmmm.
February 2012 £92.91 was taken from my credit card.. then in March a further £97.52 was taken from my credit card..I contacted my credit card company to stop any further payments and process of investigating this for me.. however this morning after reading one of the recent blogs .. i finally found the telephone number for RELIFTXS .. now its in America however please make the call telephone number 0808 168 3668 and i have arranged for this company to refund me half of the funds that were taken from my account. (now you have to wait 7 to 10 days for the payment to reach your account) ... the very friendly american customer sevices girl talked through the TERMS & CONDITIONS..over and over however please remain persistant as they clearly know whats going on here..! Also they do try to keep you on the phone for as long as they can as they will clearly be making money from the call also.. so make it short as you can .. NOTE TO SELF ....Never purchase anything like this again..!!!!!!
