My wife ordered an item. No tracking number given and no replies to my requests for an update. Finally got one from "Mike" saying the item was shipped on March 2nd. Of course, nothing received. I've e-mailed numerous times to no avail. Never an answer. Nothing. Nada. Now comes the part of trying to cancel and get my money back. Wish I had read the other scam reports before!!!
