Hi, Im writing to say im disappointed that the tracking number is bringing nothing up. This is what it is giving me: No tracking information for the shipment, or overdue tracking. I am giving the parcel to get here by the end of the week and if it is not here by then, i will be taking the matter further as a complaint and seeking a refund...

Hello, What is happening. The items should've been here now. Customs dont take this long to hold items. Did you even send them to me as the tracking number is invalid- it should have at least said if it had left and where it was going....IT makes me think that you havent sent them...I will wait until friday my time and then i will ask for a refund of my money!
