I purchased from fibra detox. Just the free trial and only purchased shipping for $5.00. A few weeks later I got charged $88.00 twice! I called and they cancelled my account. I was told I would be reimbursed the full amount within a few business days. It's been 5 weeks! Still no refund. I call twice a week- I get the same guy on the phone- but he gives different names. He is laughing with another person when I call. And has hung up the phone on me ! Also said his supervisor put the refund through- but still nothing is in my bank account! I've contacted my bank and have all the proof that I sent back the packages . Hopefully this gets resolved. I know I'm not giving up. If anyone can give me advice on how to get my money back - please help. Thank you.
