I agreed to a free sample for $1.99. I received a bottle approx. 10 days later. Less than 30 days later my acct. was charged $89.66. I called to cancel and told them I'd send the bottle back immediately when it arrived, which I did. It took until January 13, 2012 rto get my money back. On 11/21/11 I was charged again. I called, gave them my cancellation code and was told they would not refund my money since I hadn't returned the product. I hadn't even received another bottle! I called several times bwetween Jan. 13 when I was refunded the initial order amount, after bank intervention, and March 7, 2012. Lo and behold, a few days later the package arrives, I send it back marked DO NOT WANT- DID NOT ORDER. Continued calling and was told I was no longer entitled to 2nd refund. By the way, it takes 10 tries to get through to one representative. I'm trying to file a complaint with the BBB, it's been hard because they are in U.K.
