I was looking for a Goverment grant, to open up a childcare center.
That when a lady call me FROM THIS PHONE NUMBER(202-559-6124) no i do not hav the lady name. sorry. But she give me JEFF OBRIAN number. (850-254-0692).ex.109 Jeff Obrian said to me that ROSA DE BRETT needed to wright me a
business proposal.and thay would send it to me to look over,then i would need to sign it in send it back with other papers he needed. But i never got the Business proposal. in when i call no one pick up the phone.(what can i do?) i call them almost ever day. on the the paper work i do have, it says REFUND POLICY
