Isigned up to britesure to use the free sample which was offered at £ 7.99 pay for postage only. no where on the site was it explained that if you do not send the product back you would be charged 99.95 per month for the product, since january 2012 i was charged 99.95 but had nothing to show for it they never sent anything out. then 13 march 2012 they take a further 47 pound. i tried the phone number its no good just answer phone all day. emails take forever and are not very helpfull. i was explianed to about why i was being charged and i think it is discusting how they can try to get away with this. its misleading. i was told i will get half of my money back then when i send the 2nd batch back i will recieve further refund but its been 3 weeks and still not recievd any money they have taken more from me. i think it is discusting. does any one know who else i can report these people to to stop it happening and raise awareness?
