I ordered a trial shipment for only postage fee. 5 days after receival, my account was billed for the above amount, alledgely covering next shipment - not giving me time to unsubscribe or even find out whether the product worked for me.
I have today phoned the company (located in Utah, USA) and was given two email addresses, may useful for others to know:
