My dad was called and told that Medicare was sending out new membership cards
and they needed more info. He was asked to give his checking account number and told that he would receive new cards in the mail. We called Medicare and confirmed that this was not true. We were able to stop payment and contacted American Benefits Company in Blackwood, New Jersey to inform them of the possible fraud.
