My 83 year old mother-in-law was solicited over the phone and she really does not remember what they were selling or offering. She received a receipt from this company for this outrageous amount of $448.74 for services or products we still are puzzled about. The first thing we did was try to contact them with the number provided and got a third party who said the "order" would be cancelled and she would not receive the items purchased,(what ever that may be). The next day we went to the bank to verify funds had been returned to her account(she doesn't have online banking). No refund and upon further investigation found others just like her. The bank manager made a phone call and the person who helped us this time played back the recorded phone call where my mother-in-law had infact agreed to the purchase. This is so puzzling to me, that she would actually give her account number over the phone to a complete stranger, for what? I still don't know what she purchased. That part of the conversation was not recorded I guess, oh, but the part about it being NON REFUNDABLE was recorded loud and clear. Again, she was told the funds would be deposited back into her account within 21 days. I do not like this at all,taking elderly people for a financial ride. She is lucky enough to have the funds in her account and will not suffer much of a fiancial breakdown but some of these other people could be devistated, and it's just not right. Even if the products are worth the $448.74, some live month to month and simply can't afford a set back like this. I could get ugly and start talking ugly but I want, I'll let God take care of it.

PS. The name on the receipt is Club Billing FBO SMG
PSS. Another thing we found strange or odd is that the name they used is what she goes by at the doctors offices, not the name on her account or what would be on other things. She uses her first name only for medical purposes.
