  • Hi there

Okay don't waste your time with these CHEATS. They ripped my wife off for £69.75

They took this from her account on March 5th, without any authorization from her. Despite phone calls and many letters they still refuse to refund her.

We have contacted actionfraud.org.uk (0300 123 2040 ) and reported this matter, and they are well aware of them, they work alongside the police and are investigating them. Contact them like we did and get yourself a crime number.

When you have that, go along to your bank and demand the return of this unauthorized payment taken from your account, and should this request be refused by your bank, remind them of FSA Rule BCOBS 5.1.11

Under this rule, where the banking customer denies having authorised a payment, its for the firm / bank to prove the payment was authorised.

And where a payment from a banking customer was not authorised by the banking customer, a firm, within a reasonable period, refund the amount of the unauthorised payment to the banking customer.

So write this down, or better still print a copy of the FSA rules and highlight rule BCOBS 5.1.11 before you go to the bank.

And also if you have not allready done this, close your account and open a new account so they cant do this to you again.

Hope this helps, this should at least put another nail in this companys coffin and get you your money back.

let me know how you get on

    paul
