This man is a fraud and ethically corrupt. The betrayal and disregard he has for his former business partners and ex employees is beyond comprehension. There is currently a lot of people in the process of taking Feddie Magallanes and his partners down. ACCC and the media are now interested to hear from anybody who has been ripped off / scammed / not paid by him. A campaign is being established to Feddie Magallanes and all his businesses for what and who they really are. Unfortunately for (Irrelevant Info Removed) and Matthew Wawra who were both warned about Feddie Magallanes and didn't listen, They are now also caught in the middle of the investigation into Feddie Magallanes and his illegal activities.

  • I would also like to confirm that he actually owes over $300,000, I know this as I was sent a letter stating who and how much he owed each person.
    Also I am willing to go to the media, I might send ACA an email.

  • I am an ex employee of Feddie and I witnessed first hand all his wrong doings.. I started with him thinking what great ideas and goals this business man had, little did I know he was manipulating and deceiving.

    The first thing that got me suspicious was at the start when I was told by other therapists that he use to have a salon in Caroline springs but that the landlord took away Feddie's keys and locked up all his beauty equipments inside. Now Feddie told me the landlord did this as he missed a fortnight of pay which I find hard to believe, I'm sure it was way more for him to do that.
    Feddie then signed us to a scoopon deal on the Internet (pay $50 and receive a full body massage, 2 facials, 2 manicures, 2 pedicures) pretty good deal but not good for the buisness! Nearly 3000 people bought this deal! He also added 2 other Evoque beauty salon locations to the deal, which was Caroline springs/Sydenham and Ringwood, even though they weren't even open or finished renovations! And they didn't open till months and months later, so us therapists were constantly bombarded with continuous calls from people asking when can they book, in which we had to lie and make up a date because our boss Feddie would not tell us.
    I think probably about 8 times a day we were yelled at by angry frustrated clients. And he didn't stop there, by the time I finally resigned he had signed us to about ten different deals on the net, some of the deals we didn't even have the proper training or machinery for e.g colonic deal wtf!!?? Because of this we never had paying customers as they were all from the net.
    Feddie has no idea how to handel money, he obviously would have got a lump sum at the start but yet we hardly ever had money in the till or petty cash, we ran out of stock constantly as he never re-stocked straight away, we would be pushed into doing treatments without prior training as he booked us up with clients.
    Thats when cracks started to appear.

  • Feddie started to be late with our payments, therapists started leaving, and with the salon in high demand due to all these deals he signed us up to and only having one location running when he had on the voucher other locations we were suddenly booked out with not enough therapists, so cancelled and dissapointed even more clients which we had to sit there and cop it from complaints and people yelling at us!
    I also saw constantly the amount of distributors he was meeting with, giving them the impression that if the pay him an amount for a machine they would reap the benefits! What a lieing piece of ! These people had no idea that there was no money coming in! Couple of times I even saw couples coming in with young kids.. If I knew at the time what these meetings were about I wish somehow I could have stopped it.

    Feddie is a chronic manipulator, and I read that Alisha and Matthew are in trouble too which I think is unfair. Alisha was hired towards the end to help with admin and issues with pay slips ect. She was so helpful and pushed Feddie constantly to do the right thing, and Matthew was in sales and was also manipulated by Feddie, Matthew would go to great lengths to help us with an issue he also was helping us with reception when he saw us stressed out! He is a nice guy and I know he isn't like Feddie.

    On two occasions police came in for Feddie, once a detective came in as well. Then we started getting calls from people askin for Feddie, and people coming into the salon looking for him.. I'm guessing majority were angry distributors. Feddie hardly ever answered his phone which was the most annoying thing about working for him!
    Crap got so out of hand. We find out later on that his opened another type of salon connected to gyms called 'insight body' which he signed them up to deals on the net even though they were not even opened yet and calls from clients who bought this deal were getting diverted to us! And we had no idea what was going on! What a joke!!

  • Or what to tell these angry confused people!! Evoque Brighton closed down as it had turned to a complete dump and eventually had no therapists to cater for the 5 columns booked out all day. Sydenham eventually opened but then closed due to not paying his staff, ringwood was going good, until stock became less and less, ipl machine was taken away coz Feddie was not paying the owner for it, more and more unhappy people were coming in, Feddie turned into a psycho, we then found out he was never putting our super in, and then our pays stopped.

    Towards the end he owed us all a months pay and this was around Christmas too. All us therapist were highly stressed and one therapist even became homeless as she was from Europe and could not afford to pay her back packer hostel.. We all realized that we were conned by him big time, he made us feel like we wanted to do anything we could to keep the salon running and that we would get so much out of it; don't ask me how he did it but I guess he would say anything to get us believing!!

    He owes over three hundred thousand grand to numerous amounts of people, he cannot get away with this and I will do anything to make sure that I get my money back and that he will get what's coming to him !!!!

    One of his associates (maybe the same guy?) tried to scam my business.
