Consulting, Trading and Logistics Company is enlarging other lines of business, and now is looking for motivated personnel.
The firm was launched in the purchasing field with a few peoples, doing small deals such as delivery of goods from vendor to purchaser,etc. The firm's aim has always been 'getting the work finished no matter what difficulties the project brings'. They work every day to guarantee new and better service to customers to fulfill every order.

Essential Duties:
- Establish relationships with consumers, and establish contact with the manufacturers
- Understand order documents
- Negotiate with manufacturers for best possible solution and variable solutions keeping firm business requirements
- Operate with the project supervisor
- Once the job is finished, make daily reports, based on assignment sheet
- Fulfill budgets, and cost inspection; guarantee budget updates; indicate price changes due to vendor changes
- Interfacing between the firm, consumer, manufacturer and any other third parties that may be indicated with the project
- Give analysis on the impact of expenses and availability on business decisions
- Communicate very promptly with business group to accommodate information regarding the competition, potential vendors, pricing forecast and distribution issues
- Manage and maintain effective client relationships and the matrix marketing structure

Personal minimum:
- Must be a Legal U.S. Citizen
- Ability to communicate effectively with other team members
- Ability to read and fully analyze specifications and more....
- Ability to prioritize, to make good decisions
- Ability to expand to different areas
- Must be a multi-tasker, who can handle additional orders and operate with them
- Organized with great attention to detail
- Strong work ethic skills; planning background
- Working knowledge of sources of supplies
