I never had any dealings with BMC Patterson, didn't know about them. For several months in a row BMC charges my CC and sends book I never ordered. They must be known to be frauds because the CC (Citicards) company alerted me, their system flagged it. Luckily, the charges are being disputed and erased from my account, but for the third time in about 8 months I have to close the account, wait for a new card, activate it, and remember to notify regular automated payees. How do they even know my replacement CC number? I called BMC and "Kathryn" (sp?) in customer service says "the bank notifies them" of the new card number - Citicards operator says "absolutely not". Something is fishy here.
