There was no reason that my account should get/be locked so I tried using both my cells and they were working fine. I called Verizon & they said they had gotten other similer calls and to just delete it. I did try calling the number but it was not in service. I did not click through & I will delete the message after I have made as many people aware of this new scam, as I can.
