Ordered product that did not work. Sent it back to the return address on the package for a refund. The company claims that I sent it back to the wrong place. I show that the merchandise was received. The product that I purchased was an ereader. It would not hold a charge for 5 minutes after several attempts to charge it for 12 hours. When you go to their website you see that every item is rated 5 stars. Not one negative. Wish I had realized that before I ordered.
