I just recieved a call at work and there was a man who had a foreign accent (Indian decent), and was extreamly rude to me from the beginning of our conversation. It was hard to understand him and what he said to me. I had to keep interrupting him and asking him to repeat what he was saying. He kept saying he was just the paralegal and could not tell me anything. But he did manage to tell me while I am at work I have a warrant out for my arrest. He told me I need to call Michelle Brown at 213-261-5794. I did as he told and called just to see what was going on. I called Michelle Brown she is the one who picked up the phone. I thought this was allready a SCAM what attorney picks up their own telephone?....and the fact that the paralegal was so rude and it just sounded fishy from the beginning. Michelle was also of Indian decent and she was even more rude than the guy who called me and told me to call her. She cursed at me and actually screamed at me and told me I better not interrupt her. Again I couldnt understand their broken english and I did interrupt her and told her to slow down, and I was trying to ask her questions. She actually screamed at me and said I told you not to interrupt me and said for me never to call her again. Needless to say I called a family member who works for a high end attourney in my state and she looked me for my state and all other states. Surprise there is no warrant!!. I knew there wasn't due to the fact I havnt done anything that is illegal. However I think that what they did should be illlegal. I was scared and upset to say the least. I am at work trying to make a living and I got a horrible phone call like that!!! Someone needs to shut these opperations down and the despriate people who run it. We AMERICANS work real jobs for a living and do not appreciate these horrible harrassing waste of time phone calls at work!! I hope someone else can read this and know that it is all a scam, and there is no warrants.
