I saw an advert about Nutraslim on the internet advertising a free trial pack on the 30th of May 2011, I requested for a pack of Nutraslim and Quickdetox each and paid 4.95 and 3.95 pounds for shipping each which is equivalent to $7.90 and $6.31 respectively. I made the payment with my debit card on the 30th of May 2011 and travelled on the same day, I was away for 3 wks and did not know that the product has been delivered to my neighbour, I got back on the the 2ist of June evening and the next day 22nd of June I heard a bang on my door and it was a delivery from Nutraslim, a pack of Nutraslim and Quick detox was delivered to me. Because I have not seen my neighbour when I got back and was not aware that a pack was delivered before, I went ahead and signed for the delivery thinking it was the same one I requested for that has just been delivered, but to my dismay, as soon as the delivery van left, my neighbour knocked on my door and handed me the ones that was delivered earlier, I was surprised because I only paid for 2 packs to be delivered to my address not 4 packs. I checked my online banking to confirm how much was taken for the shipping but surprisingling I discovered that after the first shipping amount was debitted from my account on the 2nd of June 2011, another 59.99 pounds was deducted from my account on the 22nd of same month each for both Nutraslim and Quickdetox which is 119.98 pounds in total on 22nd of June equivalent of $191.71 without me giving any authorization, I suspected a fraud and rang the customer service immediately and I was told that because I requested for the free trial automatically means I have agreed for them to be deducting $191.71 from my account every month for the product to be delivered to me monthly, this I find very absurd because it wasn't part of their advert and I wouldn't have done that in the first place if I saw that, I found such term very fraudulent and hidden.

I requested for a full refund after cancelling the suppossed contract I know I did not authorise and asked for what to do and I was given many options but I opted to sending all their products to them including the first two trial packs, I was given a RMA number to write on my shipping pack to them and immediately on the same day I took all four bottles in a pack to the post office and sent it by a recorded delivery on the 22nd of June 22nd, this cost me 8.90 pounds which is another $14.22 equivalent. I tracked it and saw that it was delivered the next day 23rd June 2011 and since then when I call the help desk I kept hearing different stories another one told me my account is being processed and should be creditted in 10 working day and they kept giving me different dates whenever I call, on the 8th of August 2011 I rang the help line again and the lady I spoke with showed a little empathy and was forced to give me an email address to one of the bosses named Glen Arnell, I sent Glen an email on [email protected] and glen replied me with another shocker saying he can see my account is being processed but he can not give me a particular date it would be creditted but it can take another 6 weeks but it would happen, I have given Glen 7 months after his mail and notthing has happened to my account and I have just sent him another email today after 7 months, I need help and would not let my hard earned money go down the drain like this with Nutraslim company, please help me.
