Their web site states they respond in 4 business hours. they do not. I cancelled my account back on 03/13/2012 due to I was not able to use it, access it, or get any customer service what so ever. Now, yesterday, 3/26/2012 I get an email from them saying I owe them money (a monthly fee). This company is a total scam!
