The same as most of the complaints I ordered free samples from the internet of Purasilk and Revivagenix for the cost of the postage & packing which was £2.49 and £2.99 respectively. After ordering I became dubious when my husband found another similar advert for Perfect Radiance anti wrinkle serum and all advertisers were using the same photograph (obviously enhanced) to promote their products. By this time it was too late as I had already placed my order and given my Debit Card No. Like most people I ticked the terms and conditions box. The 1st payments of Post & Packaging were taken from my bank on 6th & 8th February 2012. The products arrived and I started using them. Didn't give any more thought to them untill Saturday of last week (Mar 24th) when two parcels arrived one of Purasilk and one of Revivagenix then alarm bells started ringing, and I checked my bank statement online and money for the items had been taken from my bank on on 16th and 21st of February one lot for £89.66 +£1.00 overseas transaction and one lot for £74.95. but merchandise not delivered until 24th March - over a month since taking the money. Immediately I Rang about the Revivagenix and spoke to them and they agreed to re-imburse me £88.00 within 3 - 5 working days (cannot check as this is only the 2nd working day) the remainder was towards post and packing. Purasilk was a different matter -again the girl put the phone down on me because I threatened to report them to the Trading Standards but not before telling me I could not send the item back without a 'Return Merchandise Authorisation' which she would not give me.
