On 2/24 I paid for what was advertised as a single VIN check for $2.95, since I had no need for CarFax's 5 Vin check. Almost a month later I see a charge on my account for $29.95! I never authorized this transaction nor was there any disclosure on the website about any reoccurring chargers in the future. There is no way to contact anyone and it appears that the site was taken down or changed domains. Possible new one is called carVINhistory.com.
