I placed 3 seperate orders for 3 pairs of shoes and checked out the carts from this e-store using trusted Paypal. I had no idea this store was a fraud operation. I thought to myself this has to be legitimate because the store has a Paypal account. The problem is, Yes this is a Rip Off/Scam! Paypal is not doing a great job watching its sellers or looking out for Paypal Customers! Word to the wise, Just because an e-business has a Paypal account, the buyer must be extra cautious! It's been over 3 weeks and no delivery! From reading the reports here at Scambook, many frauded customers had better pursue this with your Banking Institute fraud unit to recover your money!

Kat go to the IC3 Internet Crime Complaint Center it is a partnership with the FBI, fill out the complaint against Rios Shoes they have a box that you have to make sure you check off that they are using Paypal as a third-party payment center. The name on our transaction was Feng Qifffen (collects payment from paypal) using the email address of [email protected]. The mailing address was Xiaoya Yang

- Thank you Pamela I did file a complaint with IC3 (that link), but I have another address to add for the package they sent me. I refused delivery of the envelop they mailed me 2 months ago. I was not about to open the letter. Oh, its the address at 172hao. it was from Guandong Providence, China 510000. I don't believe either address is correct. Maybe the IC3 will get the address where Paypal sends to stolen money. LOL kat
